Bunker-42 policy

1. An unused ticket does not give the possibility to enter another excursion.

2. If you are more than 20 minutes late for the excursion, the administration has the right to consider the service rendered.

3. Persons under the age of 8 and persons with health contraindications are not allowed to visit the museum.

4.Administration of Bunker-42 has the right to change the program of excursion in a unilateral order.

5. Tickets purchased by collective requests, including those paid by bank transfer, are not refundable.

6. In case the excursion is canceled or rescheduled due to the fault of Bunker-42, tickets are accepted within 21 calendar days from the date of cancellation or rescheduling of the excursion.

7. The rescheduling of an excursion, event, concert, game to another date for reasons beyond the control of Bunker-42 is dealt with by the administration of Bunker-42 on an individual basis.
