Combined tours take place daily. Individual excursions and excursions after 20:00 are booked and paid in advance, at least one day in advance. Guided tours for children under the age of 14 are only accompanied by adults. The descent to the museum and the ascent to the surface is carried out by stairs. It is not possible for children under 8 to visit the museum due to safety reasons.
