In the first hours after the nuclear strike, our bunker had to be completely sealed. The air was regenerated using special cartridges. But what about the exhaled people and CO 2? For this case, RDU containers were stored in the bunker - regenerative two-tiered installations, which, in complete isolation, were placed in each room. These installations were supplied from the fleet - the same ones were used on submarines. So, on each such container, you can see an awl with an anchor.
