USSR Inventor

We wrote a lot about various inventions created by scientists of the USSR. And now I would like to talk about how scientific thought was supported and encouraged in the USSR.

"Inventor of the USSR" - badge; issued in the USSR to the author (each co-author) of an invention with the first copyright certificate registered in the State Register of Inventions of the USSR after August 20, 1973, upon confirmation of the fact of using the invention in the national economy.

The presentation was made, as a rule, at meetings and rallies. In the author's certificate (on the left side of the spread), a mark was made "The badge was issued", which was certified by the seal of the organization that issued the badge. The badge "Inventor of the USSR" is worn on the right side of the chest.
