Bunker-42 on Taganka

In November 2016, the Cold War Museum "Bunker-42 on Taganka" celebrated its sixtieth anniversary. The facility entered combat duty on November 7, 1956.

In 2017, a great work was done, timed to celebrate this memorable date. New exhibition halls were opened: the special communication point, the officers' rest room, and also the material supply hall. The staff of the museum developed new excursion programs.

Much attention in the current year was paid to educational and patriotic work among young people. We take part in the Olympiad "Museums. Parks. Manors ", the festival" Moscow summer "and various International tourist exhibitions. Every day schoolboys, students, cadets of cadet corps and tourists from many countries visit the Bunker.
