Today, the reason, strength and courage of mankind triumph, contributing to the accomplishment of the first manned flight into space! May all great achievements be remembered and glorified on the Day of Aviation and Astronautics, and let the workers of these fields be awarded with generous awards, kind words and bright greetings!

The Museum of the Cold War “Bunker-42 on Taganka” congratulates everyone on this wonderful holiday and invites you to familiarize yourself with the exposition of the famous intercontinental ballistic missile R-7. After all, its modification allowed the Vostok spacecraft with the first cosmonaut of the Earth - a citizen of the Soviet Union Yuri Gagarin on board - to be put into orbit.
